First Nations Community HealthSource is a local non-profit community based healthcare facility located in SE Albuquerque.

We are currently rectuiting for the following positions:

*  Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant (Full-Time) responsible for direct medical care in a family practice and urgent care setting.  Current/active New Mexico State License as a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.

*  Certified Diabetes Nurse Educator (Full-Time) Licensed RN in the State of NM, must be a Certified Diabetes Educator.  Must be bilingual in Navajo or other Native American language.

*  Medicaid Enrollment Specialist (Full-Time) to conduct community outreach and enrollment.  Must have working knowledge of Medicaid enrollment processess.  Must be bilingual in Navajo or other Native American language.

*  Registered Nurse (Full-Time) Licensed RN in the State of NM, with experience in a community health center.  Must be bilingual in Navajo or other Native American language.

*  Front Desk Supervisor (Full-Time) Experience with medical billing registration and supervision a must.  RN, LPN, MA not required but preferred.

* Finance Manager (Full-Time) Bachelor's Degree Minimum.  Must have previous experience in non-profit setting.  Ten (10) years or more experience managing accounting functions in a medium or large sized organization.

* Mental Health Clinician (Contract 20 hours per week) Licensed as LPCC, LMHC, LISW, or MSW in the State of New Mexico.

** Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Drivers License/Motor Vehicle Check and Criminal Background Investigation will be required.  EEO.

** Indian preference will be applied to this position as defined in Title 25, United States Code (U.S.C) 472, 472a; Title 42 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 36, Subpart E.
