Monday - Friday 8:00am - 9:00pm with the exception of Wednesday the clinic is open from 8:00am - 12:00pm, and 5:00pm - 9:00pm.

Saturday - 9:00am - 1:00pm

The Diabetes Program provides a team approach to diabetes management. Our team consists of a physician, a diabetes nurse educator, diabetes community health worker, counselors, Traditional Native Healing, and other support staff.
