As an American Indian, what services am I eligible to receive at First Nations?
Eligibility Criteria for American Indians
All American Indians with a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB), of all tribal affiliations, are eligible to receive the following services at no cost:
- Primary Care
- Dental (does not include lab fees and non-routine services such as bleaching)
- Behavioral Health
- Diabetes Prevention
- HIV Case Management, Prevention, Testing and Counseling
- Medicaid Enrollment
- Social Services
- Emergency Assistance
- Youth Mentoring
- Healthy Relationship Education
- Homeless Outreach
- Youth Substance Abuse Prevention
- Group Acupuncture
All American Indians including those with a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) are eligible to receive the following services at the costs indicated:
- Traditional Healing
- donation requested
- Individual Acupuncture
- $12.50 - 30 minutes
- $25.00 - 1 hour
- $37.50 - 1.5 hours
- Massage
- $12.50 - 30 minutes
- $25.00 - 1 hour
- $37.50 - 1.5 hours
All American Indians without a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) will be charged for services based on income and or health insurance coverage.
- Assistance for obtaining a Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB) is available through our Emergency Assistance and Social Services programs.
- Assistance for Medicaid eligibility and enrollment is also available through our Medicaid Enrollment Program.
