HIV/HMA Prevention and Case Management is a community based program which provides prevention, education, free anonymous HIV testing and counseling, syringe exchange, and harm reduction services.

The program also operates the Native American Health Management Alliance (NAHMA) which is funded by the New Mexico Department of Health. All enrolled clients of NAHMA are eligible to receive client advocacy, clinical care, substance abuse and mental health counseling, transportation reimbursement and work re-entry assistance, nutritional information, rental/utilities assistance, and accessible home health care services.
