The Homeless Outreach program is a collaborative partnership which involves participation by diverse fields including mental health, health education, homeless outreach and social services by conducting community outreach to assist the homeless including Native Americans with health care, behavioral health, dental, water, food, blankets, socks, clothing, referrals, and information.
The partnership is an opportunity to strengthen the community's capacity to help the homeless including American Indian/Alaska Natives through training, establishing information networks, and engaging in joint cooperative ventures.
