First Nations Community HealthSource is a private, non-profit, American Indian/Alaska Native community based health and human services organization located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

First Nations Community HealthSource was first incorporated in 1972 and re-incorporated in 1985 to reflect its current name change. FNCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center and the only Title V Urban Indian Health program in New Mexico.

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm with the exception of Wednesday the clinic is open from 8:00am - 12:00pm, and 5:00pm - 7:00pm.
