First Nations Community HealthSource (FNCH) is a private, nonprofit organization created in 1972 as the Albuquerque Urban Indian Health Clinic. FNCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center and the only Title V Urban Indian Health program in New Mexico.
Since then, we have had a continuing commitment to serving ALL under served populations. Our mission is to help integrate into our services traditional values which enhance the physical, spiritual, emotional and mental well-being of Native American families and other under served including homeless populations residing in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
