IOP Relapse Prevention Group

Intensive Outpatient Groups (16 week program) – The Intensive Outpatient Program encompasses at least 9 hours of group counseling and uses the Matrix Model Curriculum combined with culturally sensitive and co-occurring modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy interwoven to meet participant needs (Mondays are Family Education/DBT and Social Support Group/DBT Skills 4:30pm-7:30pm, Wednesdays are Early Recovery Skills and Relapse Prevention Skills 4:30pm-7:30pm and Thursdays are Early Recovery Skills and Relapse Prevention Skills 4:30pm-7:30pm; there is short break from 5:55pm-6:05pm). Participants are offered a meal due to the length of the groups.
